Meet the Stylists

Jodi Mehan

Jodi Mehan has reinvented herself as a comeback hair designer and is taking on this amazing profession once again.  Dually educated in Exercise Physiology and Hair Design, her experience has been both in the fitness industry as an owner/trainer and as a Stylist who was awarded Membership to the $100,000 Stylist Club at Rumor’s Salon.  Jodi loves to help women feel good about the accessory they never take off, their hair!  Jodi recognizes that the consultation is the key component of any hair appointment.  This is where her expertise in helping clients find the most complimentary style and color for their face shape, coloring and lifestyle comes into play.

Jodi graduated from the Orlo School of Hair Design in 2001 and began her career at Rumors Salon in Loudonville where she had continued education in coloring, styling and haircutting from companies such as Paul Mitchell, KMS and Goldwell.  Jodi also became an educator traveling nationally to teach Salon Business Coaching based out of the UK. She then moved to Saratoga and joined a successful  high end salon on Broadway and built her clientele specializing in makeovers.

After becoming a successful entrepreneur in the fitness industry to 10 years, as her family grew up she decided to get back behind the chair to revisit her creative side while still loving the way Wellness and Beauty go together in making a woman feel her best! Her goal is to have you looking and feeling your own skin and she looks forward helping you do just that.

Chris is a fan of re-invention.  He began with serving in the US Navy for four years and followed that up by progressing through the ranks at a local jewelry store - beginning as a shipping and receiving clerk, climbing to Director of Operations within 21 years.
Chris and his wife, Melanie, opened up 2 hair salons within 6 months of each other in Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa NY. After running the inventory, expenses, payroll and other hats, he decided it was his time to get behind the chair – Graduating the cosmetology program in 2019. Chris is passionate about the business his wife and he built, and is looking forward to serving clients as a licensed hairstylist, in addition to continuing serving everyone as a small business owner. He will focus on coloring and cutting initially, and will add as he grows behind the chair.
